We Want Life

When someone we love dies, the love does not die with them.

Rather, it is sharpened to a fine point, and we desire their presence with a greater passion than at any time when they were alive.

We each harbour in ourselves a desire for life, that we should all share life, and live it to the full.

In a world filled with death, this desire is not always rational or productive.

But is it bad?
